You know how whenever you upload a movie onto NewGrounds it says under judgement? Well I guess when it gets a rating of 1 or lower (I think) it deletes your movie or smth. I just wanted to ask you guys what animation softwares I can use so I can improve my animation since at the moment I use FlipaClip (not the best software but it’s what I got) please let me know.
